Chat support hours during the term are:
• Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
• Friday, 7:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
• Saturday, 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
• Sunday, 11:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.

Telephone support is also available at 541-346-4357 (6-HELP) during those same hours.
