Chat support hours during the summer are:
• Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
• Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Saturday, 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Sunday, 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Telephone support is also available at 541-346-4357 (6-HELP) during those same hours.
